Yoga has been a part of my life for many years, having taken my yoga classes since I was pregnant with my first child. Mostly for its calming benefits, breathing exercises and physical postures/Asanas ~ which helped me to create more space in my body as I grew over the nine months of pregnancy. I have always enjoyed challenging myself physically, mentally and emotionally. Since then, Yoga has become my peace of mind, body and soul.
I have taken several yoga classes with Sarah and have enjoyed them all. The Basic Yoga Flow class with Meditation is perfect for relaxing, centering and calming way to start your week. Sarah offers a variety of poses, all with modifications when necessary with NO judgment. The meditation is also wonderful. You can relax, get lost in your inner world and reconnect to the Universe. I love that Sarah also incorporates weekly themes, such as Developing Confidence on the mat and in life or Finding your place of Inner Peace, allowing you to re-energize. I would highly recommend checking out one of her various yoga classes. Namaste!!
